Founded in 2003 by Dr. Sagar D Rakecha and Dr. Mrs. Kalyani Sagar Rakecha in the heart of Nashik city to treat patients with chronic diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, thyroid, heart diseases etc. Rakecha Diabetes Care Centre is a center of excellence for scientific treatment of patients with diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, obesity and heart diseases.
Equipped with advanced complete pathology lab, cardiac diagnostics like ECG, cardiac stress test, dietician advice and pharmacy center provide all required facilities under one roof.

Our Vision
India is known as diabetes capital of world with increasing number of patients with diabetes and chronic diseases. In developed world around 50% of adults population is either prediabetic or diabetic prevention through self-education and accurate treatment by doctors trained in managing these diseases will lead to prevention and of long term complications and thus reduce the physical, mental and economic burden on the population.

Trained at Grant Medical College and J.J.Group of Hospitals under world’s renowned endocrinologists had vast experience and metabolic disorder. He is actively involved in conducting camps in training and educating patients for self-care. He has worked in city’s top most hospitals like Ashoka Medicover, Six Sigma Hospital and Wokhardt hospital.

Dr. Sagar D Rakecha
(MBBS, MD, DNB, FCPS)
Is a senior pathologist with 17 years of experience in her field. She is trained at prestigious B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospitals and Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. She has worked in city’s renowned hospitals like Curie Manavata Cancer Centre as a pathologist for 10 years. Her laboratory is well equipped with all fully automated analyses with trained personnel.
